Where you enable live portal comparables, we retrieve publicly listed rental values (including advertised and, where available, let-agreed figures) and their source URLs from third-party property portals solely for use as supporting market evidence for our rent increase recommendations and any tribunal defence pack generated on your behalf.
This data is stored only to the extent needed to build and preserve that evidence trail. We do not republish, redistribute, syndicate, or otherwise make available any portal listing data to any third party, and it is never displayed outside your own account's recommendation and evidence views.
